AI Brain Lab ("we", "our", or "us") operates the RetailHub POS mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Information You Provide

• Login credentials -- Your username and password are used to authenticate with your organization's Odoo server. We do not store your password on our servers; it is transmitted directly to and validated by your Odoo instance.

Information Collected Automatically

• Server URL -- The address of your Odoo server is stored locally on your device to maintain your connection settings.
• Session data -- Authentication session tokens are stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.

2. How Your Data Is Used

All business data (sales transactions, customer records, inventory) is processed between the App and your organization's self-hosted Odoo server. We do not have access to this data. The App functions as a client interface to your existing backend system.

Data stored locally on your device:

• Server URL configuration
• Authentication session tokens
• Printer connection preferences

This local data is used solely to provide the App's functionality and is not transmitted to AI Brain Lab or any third party.
